We are a neighborhood gym located in the heart of North Park, working hard to bring fitness and wellness to our community.
The mission of Body Shop Fitness is to create a fun fitness environment centered around the principles of inclusiveness for all abilities and fitness levels, the pursuit of lifelong healthy habits, and to foster real, genuine connections among our community.
At Body Shop, we believe that exercise and education are powerful tools to improve our quality of life and longevity. We want to empower our clients to live their best life, to be the best version of themselves.

OUR SERVICES
SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES
The energy and camaraderie of training with your neighbors and friends, allied with our unique approach to customize the workouts based on your specific needs and goals.
Our classes are 45-60 minutes long, in which we warm-up, lift weights, sweat and stretch. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Before jumping into classes, we perform a comprehensive assessment of all our clients, so that we can understand their fitness, flexibility and strength levels, and then customize the workouts for them.
By having small classes (6 people max) coached by a highly skilled and experienced trainer, we believe we can get you healthier, fitter, stronger and leaner.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We have years of experience training people one-on-one. If you’re looking for accountability, training hours that fit your schedule and a program specifically designed for you, nothing can beat personal training.
IN HOME TRAINING
No time to come to us? No problem! We’ll go to you and bring the necessary equipment with us. One-on-one and small groups (maybe your neighbors want to join you?). If you want to buy gym equipment, we’ll help you getting only the things that make sense for your program, based on your needs and goals.
ONLINE TRAINING
Going on vacation and wanting to stick to your training routine? Enjoy the flexibility of jumping out of the bed (or after the last meeting of the day) and get into training right away. We got you!
One-on-one or couple’s training. We usually use two cameras (cellphone and laptop) so we can have good eyes on you. No excuses!
